  • A confirmation e-mail with the session date/time (adjusted for your time zone).
  • A link to your online session.

Digital delivery is free and typically processed within 24 hours of purchase or booking. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact lamees@lameeslifecoach.com to confirm availability. Service rates are calculated at checkout based on your country’s currency. All prices are in BHD. Customers are responsible for any additional service charges charged by their country or credit card provider. At Lamees Life Coach, we’re committed to ensuring that all coaching and session confirmations are delivered quickly and efficiently. This policy explains how we handle the delivery of digital and physical items related to our coaching services within Bahrain. We offer several delivery options depending on your preference.

  • Delivery methods:
  • Digital coaching sessions: One-on-one sessions conducted via zoom or phone.
  • In-person coaching sessions: One-on-one sessions conducted at the agreed place and time.
  • Delivery costs:

There are no delivery costs. Sessions are paid for in advance.

  • Processing and delivery timelines:

Digital items are typically sent within 24 hours of your booking confirmation. In-person sessions are set according to the date booked via the online calendar or via WhatsApp.

  • Delivery confirmation:

For digital deliveries, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary links and materials. For in-person sessions you’ll receive an SMS or email notification confirming your appointment. Please ensure your email address and contact information are correct to avoid any delays.

  • Access issues:

Digital confirmations that fail to deliver due to incorrect email addresses can be resent once corrected.

  • Delays:

We strive to deliver all confirmations promptly, but delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Internet connectivity or email service interruptions
  • High volume during peak coaching sessions

There are no shipping costs for coaching sessions and digital confirmations.

Refund Policy

    At Lamees Life Coach, we are fully committed to helping you achieve meaningful results through our coaching sessions. Every session and package is designed to deliver maximum value, insight, and personal growth.

    Because coaching is a collaborative process that requires your active participation and commitment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions or packages once payment has been made.

    That said, we understand that life happens!

    • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least (24/48) hours’ notice, and we’ll gladly find another time that works for you.

    By purchasing a coaching package or session, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

    Exchange Policy

      If a client purchases a coaching package (e.g. 4 or 8 or 12 sessions), sessions can be exchanged for a different type of package upon mutual agreement. Package value is transferable between services of lesser or higher value. If the new package is of lesser value, price difference may be credited toward future services. If the new package is of higher value, the client will be responsible for the price difference.

      Cancellation Policy

        Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24-28 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the session being forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon due to extenuating circumstances. We understand that unexpected events occur. In genuine emergencies, we may offer one-time flexibility at our discretion.

        Coach cancellations: If Lamees Life Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered to reschedule the session at no cost or receive full credit for the missed session.

        No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend a scheduled session and fails to provide notice, the session will be considered complete and will not be rescheduled or refunded. Repeat no-shows may result in suspension or termination of the coaching relationship.
