Why work with me
I am a spiritual life coach with a gift for intuitive and channeled guidance. I had my spiritual awakening in the summer of 2024 which resulted in a complete identity shift, relationship breakdowns and upheaval of the life I had built for myself. My journey started decades ago as a spiritually gifted child who had undergone childhood trauma that continued into adulthood. I have experienced many different teaching moments in life resulting in me being a trauma informed individual who knows firsthand what soul healing can do to align you with the highest version of yourself.
I have gone deep into my healing journey using talk therapy, craniosacral therapy, nutrition, prayer and meditation to heal from the inside out. One of the biggest struggles I have overcome is finding my purpose while staying true to myself and healing journey. As a mother of three children, I have made it part of my soul’s mission to both honor myself and their individual journeys in life. I have dedicated my life to healing to be the best version of myself, not just for me but for them as well.
I have spent most of my life studying and learning. As well as being a certified Spiritual Life Coach, I hold a BSc (Hons) in marketing and management, and a diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I am also currently enrolled in a Master Spiritual Healer certification program, to further deepen my client’s healing journeys – so watch this space!
